Why this business exists
Grease trap pumping in this territory usually comes down to two failure points: a route company that shows up whenever it shows up, and a manifest that gets handed over late or not at all. Restaurant managers end up doing the compliance homework themselves, tracking wetted height and chasing paperwork on top of running a kitchen. Bayou City Grease Service exists to take that off your plate entirely, cadence and paperwork both.
Stated limit
We're a new operation in this market. We're not going to claim years we haven't put in as this company. What we bring is a direct focus on grease interceptor service and the manifest trail behind it, nothing split across a dozen other trade lines.
How the fleet and route work
We run vacuum trucks sized for the interior residential-scale traps common in strip-center kitchens as well as the larger exterior in-ground interceptors found at banquet halls and bigger sit-down locations. Trucks carry the hose length and pump capacity to handle both without a second trip. Manifests are completed on-site at every stop, not filled out later from memory back at an office.
Manifest handling, specifically
Every pump-out generates a manifest with generator, transporter, and disposal facility information filled in before the truck leaves your lot. Waste goes to a TCEQ-authorized disposal facility, and we're responsible for returning the final signed copy and keeping our own collection and disposal records for TCEQ's annual reporting requirement. You get your copy the same day, in hand, not mailed later.
Who this is for
Restaurant owners and managers who want one phone number for scheduled service, emergency backups, and the compliance question that comes up during an inspection. If you run a commercial kitchen in Katy, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Brookshire, or Richmond and you're tired of chasing a route truck for a manifest copy, that's exactly the gap this business fills.
